Recipe: Caprese Triscuit Bites

Y'all... this is such an easy recipe.  It is perfect for a party, because it takes little prep work, and is a big hit!

1 box Triscuit Crackers (I used the Tomato and Sweet Basil)
Fresh Mozzarella
Small Slices Tomato
Fresh Basil Leaves
1.  Preheat oven to 350F. 
2.  On a baking sheet lay single layer of Triscuits.
3.  Top with small mozzarella slice.
4.  Place in oven, until mozzarella begins to bubble (just warm).
5.  Remove from oven, then layer fresh tomato slice and top with basil leaf.
6.  Try to eat just one... I dare ya!
