Red Velvet Strawberry Cupcakes....

...come to mama!

What do you do when it's raining outside?!  Make cupcakes, of course!

These babies are the easiest cupcakes you'll ever make... mainly cause they're from a box.
Box cake tastes just as good....
I used Betty Crocker's Red Velvet mix.... Made it according to the cupcake instructions...

Then... the best part...

Scoop out the center of the cupcakes (just at the top), add a scoop of Smucker's Strawberry Preserves, and top with a dollop of Betty Crocker's Rich & Creamy Pink Vanilla icing.

They. are. yummy.
I'm not gonna lie, y'all... they're rich, but, they're yummy!
You can thank me later... ;)

  1. I just signed up for the Mad Tea Party at A Fanciful Twist and am looking for ideas for sweets. Your red cupcakes would look so pretty on one of my dessert stands.

    1. They were so easy! && yummy, too! The hubby and little one had two. ((That may explain why it was so difficult getting her to sleep last night..)). LOL!

  3. These cupcakes look delicious. I love that they are semi-homemade. These I could handle. And, your pictures are beautiful. They look as if they came out of a magazine.
