Wide Open Wednesday - She Let Herself Go (Part 2)

Last week I shared about how I've been a bit neglectful in regards to my appearance - woooooooweee!
Ponytails, and quick, smeared on makeup.

Well, I've been trying to work a bit on my dress... taking time to dress up more, and spend more time on myself.

This week I'm going to talk about the inside... how we've been letting our health go.


We've been all about quick, lately...

Microwave meals, grab and go snacks (unhealthy)... and I'm putting my foot down!

It's time to focus on the inside... eating better foods.... medicating less.... finding better remedies for ailments, and living a more holistic, natural lifestyle.
I plan to grow a garden, again this year.
Go to the farmer's market more than the grocery store...
I can't wait to try new (old) homemade recipes... Getting back to the old fashioned, down home cooking, healthy dinner table that we so desperately need.

I can't wait to share our journey with you... it's going to be a fun experience.

This mama is bringing the good back to my family!
